• Aircraft weight is as per the Maximum take-off weight in the Certificate of Airworthiness (MTOW).
• All Charges will be payable in US Dollars ($)
• A reduction of 50% of the charge will be granted in respect of International flights either departing from or landing at an aerodrome within the Muscat FIR.

1. For the purpose of air navigation facility charges in the Muscat FIR a “Flight” is considered as follows: In respect of an aircraft not landing in Muscat FIR, from the time of FIR entry until time of FIR exit.
2. In respect of an aircraft landing at an airport in the Muscat FIR, from the time of FIR entry until time of landing.
3. In respect of an aircraft departing from an airport in Muscat FIR, from the time of departure until the time of FIR exit.

Under the authority of the Public Authority for Civil Aviation (PACA), all air navigation charges of the Sultanate of Oman will be billed and collected by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) on behalf of PACA.
