The opening of the new entrance will improve the level of customer service to passengers as this will reduce congestion at the existing departure hall entrance and speed up the pre-departure formalities especially during the busy peak hours.
The opening of this special entry was only possible with the coordination of various airport service organizations such as the Royal Oman Police, the Public Authority for Civil Aviation, Oman Air and all Airlines Operating into the airport. OAMC is continuously evaluating various customer service improvement projects to improve the level customer experience at Muscat International Airports.
